Our client, a well-known company in the Mississauga area is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team.
The successful candidate must be comfortable working on a hybrid model

Responsibilities
- Receive and document all customer inquiries via phone fax or email in a B2C environment
- Handle orders, returns, shipment status, products, and invoices
- Order entry, modification to existing orders, ensuring accuracy within internal systems
- Identify delivery dates, price, order quantity, and ensuring communication with the customer at every step
- Handle high-volume email inquiries in company-shared mailboxes
- Handling up to 50 calls a day plus email and fax inquiries
Qualifications
- Bilingual French and English mandatory
- 3 + years of customer service experience
- Experience in a call centre is an asset
- Excellent written and oral skills in both French and English
- Experience with CRM or ERP is an asset
- Good MS Office skills including Outlook and Excel
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
